Hi there !

Issue:
a video from gopro hero3 1080 60fps with the option half speed leads to "INVALID" in preview window and after exporting.
Double speed works but no speed below normal speed. I cannot find any corresponding bug report in the internet or on the openshot launchpad or blogs.

I use:
openshot     1.4.0
ubuntu         12.04 32bit
ffmeg           4:0.8.5-0ubuntu0.12.04.1
libmlt++3     0.7.6+git20120204-2
libmlt-data   0.7.6+git20120204-2
