HI,
You seem to have a big problem because you have two versions of libmlt (i.e 0.6.2 which is a very old version and 0.7.6). 
Try to clean (removing all MLT 's library) and chekc manually if you have nothing after a complete remove in synaptic. 
And re-install the last version of MLT (currently 0.8.1 or 0.8.0).

  crashes when export to dv-format (dvvideo with pcm_s16le)

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  When i want to export a movie, openshot crash.
  Used:
  video format: dv
  video codec: dvvideo
  bit rate: 5 Mb/s

  audio codec: pcm_s16le
  sample rate: 44100
  channels: 2
  bit rate: 128 kb/s

  other audio codec (at the ubuntu machine): ac3
  all other settings are the same.

  ERROR: Floating point exception

  I'm running Debian Squeeze (Openshot 1.4.2, libmlt++3: 0.6.2-0.0) and
  Ubuntu 12.04 (Openshot 1.4.0, libmlt4: 0.7.6+git20120)

  This error don't happen, when i use openshot-renderer directly, export
  with the needed video and audio codec and rename the file from .avi to
  .dv
