*DEB Installers:*
I will be adding the DEB installers to the "Download" page on the website
very soon.  I'm not sure how I'm going to explain it, but I want to be sure
everyone understands this is the beginning of our "beta" releases.  I
imagine we'll have many updates during this beta period, and I'll add the
help manual to the download page as soon we have a DEB ready for that.

*Foreign Language:*
For the past week I've been trying to get the foreign language stuff
uploaded to LaunchPad, and it has not been working.  I've opened a question
with the LaunchPad team, but they haven't replied yet.  So, I will continue
to wait for someone to help me figure out what to do.  By the end of next
week if it still doesn't work, we'll just start using regular PO files and
do the translation offline.  I'll keep you posted.
