[Bug 441852] Re: ppa load errors

Well, the 2 apt lines you give me above work correctly to install open
shot from the ppa. That's the good news. The bad news is that it
totally borked vlc and totem, which I use a lot. mplayer still worked,
but I almost never use it. All the "upgrades" to the dependencies is
what put me in dependency hell for about a half hour while I disabled
your ppa and started unistalling and reinstalling packages to get my 2
main video players back.

I'm now back where I started. I have installed OpenShot from the latest
.deb as that does not wreck the rest of my system.

The new features look exciting, can't wait to play with them.

Bug description:
The ppa will not load at all. I keep getting an error about a malformed line in /etc/apt sources.list. It refers to the first line you want us to add. I have checked it and it looks ok. It reads:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/openshot.developers/ppa/ubuntu jaunty
I will have to continue to use .debs for now till the ppa is fixed.

Your web site that lists the apt lines also does not display correctly. The lines for jaunty end in ja and the lines for karmic end in ka.
I assumed that the ja should be jaunty.

I have included a screen shot so you can see what it looks like.
