There are many bugs with the speed up / slow down feature in MLT.  They are
aware of the issues, but they are a low priority for them.  So... we should
probably hold up reporting any more bugs about speed up / slow down until
MLT resolves the instability.  Thanks!

Bug description:
When you speedup a clip in the properties, and then try to play the preview - the spedup clip will not play but just show the initial image until it's over.

However if you click to set the slider preview slider somewhere in the middle of it, the correct image that should have been on at that time will show.
