You can do this with the resize tool (the button to the left of the
magnet/snapping tool).

for me a key feature would be to have possibility to set transition duration manually to exact length (in seconds/miliseconds), also changing via mouse by moving transition edge on track would be cool.

couldn't find it (I checked "Disolve" and "Blinds in to out" transitions) anywhere
