[Bug 448822] Re: Apply snapping tool to transitions

Hello Jimmy,

You are right, the snapping has stopped working on 0.9.43 (happened
since timeline scale made static)

Other related problems occur with the resize tool:

resize tool now highly erratic.

Trying to drag the end of a clip past a normal snapping point such as
the cursor or the end of another clip, can now sometimes result in the
clip-end being moved sticking at a point a few frames away from the
cursor etc. Sometimes it results in the resize tool instead grabbing the
other end of a long clip and dumping that a few frames away from the
selected clip end, resulting in a clip of only a few frames or no frames
length.

Also the same operation can sometimes result in the cursor being moved
so the clip end is dumped where the cursor was, but the cursor then
starts moving instead.

Slightly insane resizing tool now!

Thanks for pointing us to the problems which have appeared.

Helen
