Hello Jonathan,

I just tried this with 0.9.48

The snapping is working nicely again now when positioning a clip on the
timeline. However it is not working for resizing at present.

I will try again tomorrow night when I will not be so tired as I am
right now. I will then test carefully to ensure all the instability I
found in 0.9.43 has gone.

Bug description:
Bug 415118 noted that transitions do not snap to the ends of clips or other transitions.  This remains true, no matter what zoom level you are at.
