Helen adds a caveat:

Timeline caption is actually "Timeline Sequence 1"
This can be further developed when sub-projects are implemented, to give Sequence 2 .... etc for each sub-project or alternative edit version.

Video Preview caption could be usefully developed to show if it is the
raw clip being previewed, or the timeline which is being previewed.

Bug description:
The following captions could be removed without any problem:
- Timeline
- Video preview

In both cases, : it is clear to everyone what the elements are. Also, there are no other tabs possible, so distinguish by using a caption in not needed
