Yes, in the audio preview, it does play it properly.
I'd upload the whole project somewhere but I'm striken by Bug
#458099<https://bugs.launchpad.net/openshot/+bug/458099> and
can't create a self-contained project file atm.

Bug description:
I created a video where the audio was slightly bigger than the video - such that i had, purposely, 2-3 of blackness at the end. but after exporting, it seems that openshot cutoff the size at the video part, not the audio.
