Need Help... Ubuntu 9.10 - 32 bit
Hi everyone! I'm still working on getting OpenShot to work in Ubuntu 9.10 /
32 bit version. I need some help confirming a bug I've found. If anyone
has Ubuntu 9.10 (the 32 bit version) installed (or installed in VirtualBox),
can you run the following commands, and see if you experience the same
issue.
$ sudo apt-get install melt
$ melt /usr/share/example-content/*.jpg
It should open up a new window, and show an image. I have attached the
strange output I'm getting in 32 bit Ubuntu 9.10. I've tried this on a few
different computers, and I get similar results on each one. It squishes the
image into the top of the window, and fills in the rest with some colors.
Sometimes I get a solid green color, instead of the pink and green.
I have already reported this to the MLT team, and they are looking at it.
But I just wanted to confirm this with a few other people. I guess it's
possible that it's somehow related to my video card, or drivers.
Thanks in advance!
