Ok got it

Removed all references in /usr/lib/python2.6/sites-packages and dist-
packages
Set PYTHONPATH
kylea@kylea-laptop-910:~/Desktop$ export
PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/usr/share/mlt-python/
kylea@kylea-laptop-910:~/Desktop$ openshot
Added /usr/share/openshot to system path

Bug description:
Ubuntu 9.04, openshot 0.9.52, openshot_wizard 1.0.6, FFmpeg version 0.5-svn17737+3:0.svn20090303-1ubuntu6
Can't export to this setting combination: Web, YouTube-HD, HDV 720 30p, High.
The GUI doesn't give any error indication, but the terminal window prints this:
[mp4 @ 0xb4fdad0]track 1: codec frame size is not set
