[Bug 489139] Re: Unsuccessful rendering

UPDATE: uploading the video, I get an error message from YouTube telling
it is not able to convert the video. This means (I suppose) it's not a
"playing problem" but a problem during rendering which makes video
unable to be opened in general (and not only from my computer).

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New

Bug description:
Hi to all.

Yesterday I've been trying to cut the initial part of an .avi video and rendered it into two formats.
When rendered to a .flv OpenShot produced an empty file.
When rendered to "youtube format" it produced a .mp4 file but I'm unable to read it with VLC, Mplayer and OpenShot too..

I have the latest OpenShot 0.9.54 and related dependecies installed as shown here:
http://www.openshotvideo.com/2008/04/download.html

Any suggestion, please?
Thanks.
