Message #01249
[Bug 440934] Re: Crash when resizing a clip which has been deleted
Added some code in the open file process that checks if all files in the
project are accessible - if it can't find any (e.g. they have been
renamed, moved or deleted) a warning is displayed listing the files that
can't be found.

Bug description:
When a project is opened, Openshot should check if all project files are accessible. Immediate removal of the file (as project file and/or on the timeline) is not very sensible I guess: informing the user that some files are not in place (giving him a possibility to correct things) is probably better.
In the meantime, nothing may lead to a crash, of course.
