I guess the ideal thing would be to have an import function within the
application that would take care of it all, then the user doesn't need
to worry about it.

Bug description:
Both /usr/share/openshot/themes and ~/.openshot/themes should work for theme installation, because that's the standard way of doing it - and saves the trouble for the user of going into root nautilus and etc.
