And Sub-Title variant of hand-writing

I hope It gets included in next version, since there is lack of Titles.
It just takes to much time to write something on screen

I suggest more DDL with titles:
- "Titles"
- "Subtitles" (Just to "write" something in video
- "Authors" (who made video)
- "others" (nice)

I am interested, if would be possible, to make something like KDE
applications, where you can just preview content that is on internet
(kde-look.org) and then download. That way users could upload they're
content

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New

Bug description:
Lets create more Titles template for OpenShot.

OpenShot does not provide many Titles, so someone should make more titles in Inkscape.
When I find free time I will create some and past them here.
