Thanks for reporting this bug.  This is a known issue with MLT, and they
are planning to fix it in their next release, I hope.  There is nothing
I can do inside OpenShot to resolve this..  We can only wait for MLT to
fix it. =)  Thanks.

Bug description:
When I try to use an SVG image in OpenShot, and stretch it to be
larger than the original size, it becomes blurry and pixelated, like
a regular raster image. That sort of kill the point of accepting SVGs
in the first place. Does MLT give support for proper resizing?
