Re: [Bug 505601] [NEW] app exits when exporting video, file made but with no data
Try installing these packages, and see if that fixes it:
libavformat-extra-52 and libavcodec-extra-52
Thanks,

app exits when exporting video, file made but with no data
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/505601
You received this bug notification because you are a member of OpenShot
Developers, which is subscribed to OpenShot Video Editor.
Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New
Bug description:
Ubuntu 9.04 with nvidia 9800 GTX+ graphics card
Openshot 1.0.0
Openshot 1.0.0
I can export video to avi and that works. But when I try ogg I get the following in terminal:
~$ openshot
Added /usr/share/openshot to system path
--------------------------------
OpenShot (version 1.0.0)
--------------------------------
/usr/share/openshot/windows/SimpleGladeApp.py:340: GtkWarning: gtk_toolbar_set_icon_size: assertion `icon_size != GTK_ICON_SIZE_INVALID' failed
return gtk.glade.XML(self.glade_path, root, domain)
A new frmMain has been created
on_tlbMakeMovie_clicked called with self.tlbMakeMovie
on_cboProjectType_changed
on_cboExportTo_changed
on_btnExportVideo_clicked
consumer_avformat.c: audio codec libvorbis unrecognised - ignoring
consumer_avformat.c: video codec libtheora unrecognised - ignoring
Floating point exception
Same crash when doing mp4 format export.
Let me know if you need more information.
