Is there an upstream bug anywhere?  I have searched
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=96039&atid=613414 but not found
anything.  I have seen this issue in other applications and would like
to figure out if any are related.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Won't Fix

Bug description:
When I try to use an SVG image in OpenShot, and stretch it to be
larger than the original size, it becomes blurry and pixelated, like
a regular raster image. That sort of kill the point of accepting SVGs
in the first place. Does MLT give support for proper resizing?
