This was the idea behind "Sequences", but have not got around to
implementing it yet.  Each sequence would be a different XML file, and
then you could use the sequences just like clips.

Bug description:
I think that the ability to merge several projects could be very interesting. This allow to work on small projects and then consolidate a more complete project when you are satisfy with your work.
