Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New

Bug description:
I'd like to have the possibility to transform the shape of the clip giving it a perspective effect or a custom shape.
This could be helpful even fo a mask effect allowing the user to draw  custom mask.
The custom mask could be used for a motion tracking effect that is not present at the moment.
