[Bug 492701] Re: Slow playback
I just installed Openshot 1.0.0 (completely removed older versions of
Openshot first) for Jaunty 9.04 AMD 64 bit and the same exact slow
playback and stuttering occuers.
Plus there is now a new problem, when I exit Openshot, the main window
closes but it is still running as a process, I have to kill to manually.
user@zareason-limbo:~$ openshot

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New
Bug description:
I installed openshot-mlt 0.9.54 from the Debian packages on 64 bit AMD Jaunty 9.04.
If I preview or play, the playback starts with a normal speed playback for about a second and then it starts to creep extremely slowly from then on. The audio also starts to get glitchy.
This happens when previewing and playback for any video or audio, I tried different formats, and they all seem to have the exact same behavior. Totem plays video normally without any problem so I think the problem might be openshot.
