I made a patch for it

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Committed

Bug description:
This is not a bug, but a suggestion about a new feature. 

I think it could be nice to have a panel with all actions an user made to his project, like in gimp or photoshop.

So it will be very simpler to remove an effect or transition or cancel a past action.
