[Bug 524364] [NEW] Additional "Keyframes" between start/end

Public bug reported:

The current "Keyframe" system is a little limited as you can only
specify values for the "Start of Clip" and "End of clip".

It would be useful to allow users to add/remove their own "Keyframes"
between these default/internal entries, allowing for more varied and
finely-tuned effects to be achieved.

This could be represented via simple "+" and "-" buttons within the "Key
Frame" section of the "Layout" tab, with "-" removing the currently
selected keyframe (disabled on "Start of Clip"/"End of Clip").

Many thanks in advance.
