Bug description:
The "Switch Direction" menu item will be stuck in a disabled state after converting any transition to a mask.  The only way to enable the menu item is to convert another mask to a transition again.  This is because the menu items state is currently updated when "Convert to mask" is called.  However the state of the menu item needs to be updated whenever the menu is displayed.  A patch for this issue is attached.
