Any news on this ? I still prefer doing a : mencoder -oac copy -ovc lavc
-vf rotate=1 film.avi -o film_rotate.avi than using the rotate interface
with is way too complicat for just a 90° rotation  (see this bug :

Bug description:
Hello, it’s not realy a question, just a request.
Using simple camera for making small film, I often have to rotate them 90°.

Adding a one-clic rotation 90/180/270° would be great.
