Very interesting.  The .mlt file looks correct to me.  I'm not sure the best
way to fix this one.  I'm going to tag this for the mlt developers to
eventually look at.  Sorry I'm not more help.  Thanks!

When i create new project with options DV PAL WideScreen, the WideScreen of the project is implemented only for 10 minutes. Then the screenratio will switch to normal DV PAL.
