It would be nice to have markers which could be set which apply only to
a given track.  Then, various operations can be performed using these
markers.  For example: when a track is dragged, its markers could snap
to the markers of another track (useful for synchronization of tracks),
or one could select a pair of markers in one track, and another pair in
another track, and have an operation which stretches or compresses one
of the tracks to make the time between both marker-pairs the same.
