I'm using MLT 0.4.5, I think this came with the Openshot 1.1.3 deb for
Ubuntu 9.04.

But for me, adjusting any speed changes makes the clip distorted no
matter if I change the layout or not.

Bug description:
To reproduce:

1.  Put a video on a track

2.  Right click -> Layout -> 1/4 size Top Left

3.  Play to confirm it works

4.  Right click -> Properties -> Speed tab -> Change speed to anything but normal

5.  Click Play, everything should now be distorted
