The keyboard shortcuts i and o would be needed, and maybe one for
splicing. OpenShot already supports in and out points through the
properties window, so hopefully it should not be too hard to implent.
Along with this splicing would need to be added.

Bug description:
Hiya!

It would be nice to have support for In/Out points - similar to Cinelerra's [ ] so that one can attach effect/transition to the region between the two - the region would have to be highlighted,of course.

Moreover, having In/Out points would enable one to render just part of the highlighed region of the audio/video track.
