I applied the patch from moimael, and it works great.  I also added a
key-press binding for F11, which calls the same method that moimael
added.  Thanks for the help!

Bug description:
Hello!

There is no fullscreen mode for OpenShot (F11).

It would save some space if window borders would be removed. And GUI should go over pannels.
