The animation also is used when a clip is dragged off center, and then
must snap back to the middle of the track.  I really like the feeling of
the animation, and I hope everyone else likes it as well. =)

Bug description:
When snapping is enabled, the clips and transitions should animate to the correct position, instead of just jumping.  This will help the user see where the clip or transition is moving to, and how it's being adjusted.  This also creates a smoother and better presentation of the timeline.
