i fixed it using an svn version of mlt, i still got this like one time,
but i think is all mlt related and not to openshot.

Bug description:
When i add images (i tryed jpg, png and gif) they show distorted on the video preview windows, sometimes the thumb looks good, sometimes it doesnt, im on arch linux using http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=28291 (OpenShot 1.1.3)
