[Bug 540226] Re: Program abort due to failed assertion

 

I get this error on a fairly simple project.  It has 4 input files
arranged on 2 tracks.  the files overlap a bit in preparation to add
transitions.  the source files are on a remote nfs server, gigabit
ethernet.  total size of 4 files is ~139MB.

If I started the program from the desktop menu link i wasnt getting any
feedback why it closed, so I started it from the command line as
follows.

Bug description:
Playing back my movie result in program abort. The program output is:

python: pthread_mutex_lock.c:62: __pthread_mutex_lock: Assertion `mutex->__data.__owner == 0' failed.
Aborted

OS: Kubuntu 9.10
Install: PPA (2010-03-17)
OpenShot version 1.1.1

The disappearing zoom slider (1.1.0 bug) is fixed and working fine, thanks!
