This has been merged from Andy's branch, and is committed to the trunk
now.  Thanks Andy!  Moving the clip will still toggle the visible /
audio buttons, but the razor and resize modes no longer toggle the
buttons.  So, I'm going to mark this bug fixed, but we might revisit it
at some point to improve it again.

Bug description:
As a Novice user, I frequently managed to mute clips on the timeline while dragging them until I learned not to grab the clip near an icon. 

(OpenShot 0.9.54 on Ubuntu 9.10 using the openshot-edge ppa)
