I have updated the trunk after the answer of Jonathan (our answer have crossed). I have done yet a try in the same condition and that's ok. 
So the fix committed has been good. This Bug is really resolved for me.

Bug description:
Hi,

I just discovered a nasty bug :

Just add a lot of track to openshot, and then scroll to the bottom. You will see that the track "header" and the rest of the track are not synchronized. 

I attached a screenshot of the problem.
