Bug description:
Openshot 1.0.0 on Jaunty, I have source mp4's with lower frame rates (23.98 in my case) than the exported (say 25 fps) and when I export the video is rendered (at least played back) faster and there are white frames padded at the end.
Source MP4: 1920x1080 at 23.98 fps
Export MP4: HDV 1080 25i 1920x1080
Not sure if the frame rate should be adjusted in some way or add support for "HDV 1080 24i 1920x1080"?
