Well, actually, this bug is not fixed. Revision 311 added tool-tips on
the effects-tab (which is an improvement, although I think it's better
to make more room for the labels) See effect-properties-tab.png for an
example. The room for the labels and the room for the parameter values
are way out of proportion.

The video-tab labels , which this bug report is about, don't show tool-
tips at all.

Hi,
  I'm using Openshot 1.0 with Ubuntu Karmic in Italian
I notice that in the property window, some labels of values are too long and if i resize the window, it resize the value area and not the label area as you can see in this screenshot
