This effect has been removed from Openshot 1.2 - this is due to the
segfaults with the current repository versions of MLT. It does work with
the latest 0.5.10 release of MLT, so we'll add this effect back in once
0.5.10 or later is in the repositories.

Bug description:
Ubuntu Lucid, Openshot 1.1.3 from Lucid repositories

When I try to apply the deinterlace effect to a clip it crashes as soon as I press play to preview. Below is info from terminal window
