I close this bug because the user can see if the codec mp3 is available
in the Preferences 2nde section, who list all the codec audio and video
and the format available/used in/by Openshot.

Bug description:
When selecting certain export options in version 1.1, I'm not allowed to export because libmp3lame is not installed, but Synaptic lists the package libmp3lame0 as installed. I have successfully exported under this options (avi (mp4), ntsc dv, high quality) in version 1.0. Thanks
