An Decision List contains an ordered list of all of the edits made in a
video. More info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edit_decision_list

Adding support for this would hopefully mean going from one program to
another would be much easier

Edit Decision Lists have been discussed at length on the Kdenlive forum
