My file was VBR.

You may need to find a tool that can dig deeper, as lots of tools report VBR
files as the average bit rate and don't inform you it's a VBR.

Bug description:
When I import an audio file and add it to time line the end of the sound is cut off. The same also happens when i preview the recording. This happened with both the M4A and MP3 formats.
