[Bug 655259] Re: A graphical tool who provides us to know what are the dependencies installed

I'm not (totally) agree with you so yes and no. And if we forgotten something. The best prouve is the problem that we have had with the FreiOr-plugins, the blender version, etc and in all the feedbacks that we have had on the forum (and here too on Launchpad).
That's right that 's not essential but it is a tool necessary that some others greats projects have (i.e. Kdenlive, Lives, Videoporama,.....) in the video world.
But i'm thinking that a plus for us. And a good exercise for me :)

Bug description:
Like we have had in the past some problems with some dependencies, it will be nice for the user to have a graphical tool for showing him, each time that he wants, what are the dependencies installed and look in Openshot. A new entry in the menu views is added. A wizard will show and will help the user to know what are the dependencies necessary obligatory and show him too the dependencies need for some additional programs (e.g Inkscape or Blender) and this is are not obligatory for working Openshot.
