Anything new to this?

For frame accurate editing we need a zoom level of at least 1/30th of a
second. Actually I am working on a clip with frequent changing
subtitles. It's a VERY hard job to get a good result with the current
zoom levels (down to 1 second).

Bug description:
It would be helpful to zoom in closer than is currently possible, and (less crucially) to zoom out further than is currently possible.
