If you have not the 0.5.10, install it and try again.

Bug description:
I'm using Openshot 1.2.2 on Ubuntu 10.10 installed via PPA.
I'm trying to get a blue backround transparent, but Openshots Chroma Key Effect only deletes each second line (look at Attachment)
