[Bug 696983] Re: Segmentation fault after "bitrate tolerance too small for bitrate"
Hi,
You are using the version 1.1.3 then we are at the dawn of the 1.3.0. You should update your version of Openshot (via the PPA), , MLT (the last version 0.60 is out yesterday and you can find it here : https://launchpad.net/~sunab/+archive/sunab2 ) and the freiOr-plugins too (here : https://launchpad.net/~sunab/+archive/kdenlive-release ).
I think that should resolve your problem and if you use the PPA, think to deactivate it after.
Thanks.

Title:
Segmentation fault after "bitrate tolerance too small for bitrate"
Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
New
Bug description:
1) Ubuntu 10.04
2) DEB
3) 1.1.3-1
4) Attached
I have created a new profile from Edit->Preference->Profiles
Width: 320
Height: 240
Aspect Ratio: 4:3
Frame Rate: 1.00
Pixel Ratio: 1:1
Progressive: Yes
And I have tried exporting a clip with the following properties:
Stream #0.0(jpn): Video: mpeg4, yuv420p, 320x240 [PAR 1:1 DAR 4:3], 30 tbr, 1k tbn, 30 tbc
Stream #0.1(jpn): Audio: aac, 32000 Hz, stereo, s16
to a new file with the above profile.
Openshot crashed and the last few lines in the command line were:
on_tlbMakeMovie_clicked called with self.mnuMakeMovie
on_cboProjectType_changed
on_cboExportTo_changed
on_cboProjectType_changed
on_btnExportVideo_clicked
[mpeg4 @ 0x6a47700]bitrate tolerance too small for bitrate
Segmentation fault
I understand that a Frame Ration of 1.00 is probably not very meaningful in this scenario, but there should probably be a warning to the user and the Segmentation fault should be prevented.
