Hi,
For display the help, the right shortcut is F1. You can have the list of all the shortcuts implanted in the manual integrated or in line here : http://www.openshotusers.com/help/en_GB/ He is available in several others languages. (see here : http://openshotusers.com/) 
The only two labels who concern the shortcuts (i.e. Ctrl + Q for quit, and Ctrl + H for the help) are added automatically by Gnome and are not yet modified by the implantation of all the shortcuts labels.

  documentation doesn't open from menu, openshot-doc installed

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  Kubuntu 10.10, Openshot installed from Ubuntu repositories
Also openshot-doc is installed

However when I run openshot and press Ctrl+H for Help, I get a popup telling me:

Unable to open the Help Contents. Please ensure the openshot-doc package is installed.
[OK]
