The report is not about the shortcut but the fact that the manual
doesn't open at all but instead gives me the message shown above.

Openshotusers.com is a nice to know - didn't know about it! I wonder if
it would be possible to have it linked somewhere on the official
openshot web page as it's a valuable resource for a new user.

  documentation doesn't open from menu, openshot-doc installed

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  Kubuntu 10.10, Openshot installed from Ubuntu repositories
Also openshot-doc is installed

However when I run openshot and press Ctrl+H for Help, I get a popup telling me:

Unable to open the Help Contents. Please ensure the openshot-doc package is installed.
[OK]
