  setup.py needs updating

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
  In the bzr repo, effects/icons directory was split into two
  subdirectories and 'uploads' module was added, but setup.py still
  isn't updated for these changes. So I have to apply a patch to build
  deb package at my PPA.
