Greetings everyone!  I am thinking about releasing version 1.3.0 on this
Sunday, Feb 13th.  That happens to be my birthday, so I thought it would be
fun to release it on my birthday. =)

Let me know if you have any objections or comments about this plan?  I think
all the translations are pretty much done (at least the ones that have
gotten some attention), and I am not aware of any outstanding bugs.  So, I
think we are ready.
